Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching is offered as an individual service for your employees, but can be included in a company wellness package. Check out the two package offerings, Well Essentials and Well Empower, or select one of the offerings to begin with Mindful Moment Sessions or Wellness Webinars.
All offerings incorporate science-backed practices to support the whole person. They are powerful sessions, ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour, and can be scheduled at times that work best for the team. Investing in your team empowers professionals to reflect on their wellness priorities, supporting a more efficient and productive workforce.
Investment: $300 for 8 mindful moment sessions completed in 3-months.
These 15-minute virtual sessions can be added to the workweek to help individuals set present-moment intentions and support attention and focus. They can be done easily wherever the employee is, whether at work or at home. They are a great tool to offer because they are high return on time investment. These are thoughtfully designed sessions that teach the “why” behind the practice as participants experience it in real time. There is a limit of 10 participants per virtual group. Eight virtual mindful moment sessions over 3 months.

Everyday Bites - This webinar explores key insights from leading nutrition experts about mindful eating, minimally processed foods, and adding more nourishing foods to our diet. Learn simple recipes for meal planning that highlight seasonal ingredients.
Rest Well - In this webinar, we will discuss practical sleep routines that can support rest, energy, and overall well-being.

The Well Essentials Corporate Package is a 6-month package that includes 12 Mindful Moment Sessions and 2 Wellness Webinars, offering your workforce practical strategies to promote overall well-being, and 20% off individual Health and Wellness Coaching for your employees.
